What is the event and when is it happening?

The 4th AIU International Youth Festival is a cultural convergence event scheduled to take place from March 24 to 26, 2026.

Where is the festival being hosted?

The festival is hosted by Ganpat University at Ganpat Vidyanagar, Mehsana, Gujarat, India.

Who is eligible to participate?

Participants must be bona fide full-time students enrolled in a university, college, or institution, or members of professional artist groups recognized by their government.

How do I register?

Registration is completed online via the registration portal. Upon successful registration, please forward your details and proof of payment to youthfest@ganpatuniversity.ac.in.

Is accommodation provided?

Yes, free boarding and lodging are provided to the participating teams during the festival.

What should teams bring for the Cultural Procession?

Teams are required to bring their flags (sized 3 x 5 feet) for the cultural procession/march past held on the inaugural day.

What types of teams are eligible to participate in the Folk/Tribal Group Dance and Folk Orchestra events?

The Winning Teams of 38th AIU Inter-University National Youth Festival in Folk/Tribal Group Dance & Folk Orchestra teams will be eligible for the Folk/Tribal Group Dance and Folk Orchestra events.
